IBM Cognos Consumer Insight: Analyze Social Media (V1.1) is an intermediate, two-day instructor-led training course. It is designed to teach administrators and analysts how to create, maintain, and modify a social media analytics application. Students will learn about the components and workflow of IBM Cognos Consumer Insight. They will explore the administrator portal and learn how to create and test queries. They will create and configure types, concepts, hotwords, and sentiment terms for social media analysis. They will export data for use in analysis. They will use the analysis portal to drill down, filter, and view snippet trends and details. They will examine overall product coverage, relevant relationships, product sentiment and evolving topics. They will investigate coverage, hotword analysis, influencers, and sentiment analysis using Cognos Business Intelligence reports.
