The Essentials for IBM Cognos 8 BI (v8.4) course is a bundled offering that provides you with knowledge on how to get started with building IBM Cognos 8 BI applications. The bundle includes a 5-day instructor led training (ILT) section and a 4-day required post-classroom eLearning section. Fundamental topics on Report Authoring, Metadata Modeling, and Administration are covered during the ILT portion, and additional topics are provided as required post-classroom eLearning in the form of Vignettes or Computer Based Training (CBTs). Throughout the ILT, participants will be guided to further training offerings and paths leading to certification.
