You should have experience with Tivoli's Process Automation Engine (TPAE). This coures includes a brief review of TPAE. Alhough sufficient for the purposes of understanding the information presented in this course, the information does not provide the in-depth knowledge of the engine and its features. Anyone who plans to work with or implement Tivoli's process automation engine is strongly encouraged to take a course specific to the common functionality of the engine.
