This course is designed to teach IBM InfoSphere Fasttrack fundamentals both in concepts and hands on. The course is updated to Information Server V8.7. This course enables the students to acquire the skills necessary to create mapping specifications in FastTrack and generate DataStage jobs from them. The emphasis is on mapping specifications, but the course also places the student in the role of a DataStage developer tasked with completing the prototype jobs generated from the mapping specifications.
