This course is designed to teach IBM InfoSphere Fasttrack fundamentals both in concepts and hands on. The course is updated to Information Server V8.7. This course enables the students to acquire the skills necessary to create mapping specifications in FastTrack and generate DataStage jobs from them. The emphasis is on mapping specifications, but the course also places you in the role of a DataStage developer tasked with completing the prototype jobs generated from the mapping specifications.

The self-paced format gives you the opportunity to complete the course at your convenience, at any location, and at your own pace. The course is available 24 hours a day. Once you have accessed the course, instructor help is available via the course forum Monday through Friday; questions will be responded to within 24 hours.
