The student should be able to Describe the features and key components of IBM InfoSphere Optim Performance Manager Extended Edition. Preliminary steps, including sizing for hardware and software are also taught. Detailed use of the various dashboards are covered, using several problem scenarios. Maintenance and troubleshooting techniques will be addressed, as well as the method to work with technical support.
The self-paced format gives you the opportunity to complete the course at your convenience, at any location, and at your own pace. The course is available 24 hours a day. Once you have accessed the course, instructor help is available via the course forum Monday through Friday; questions will be responded to within 24 hours.
