Terms and conditions
- This offer applies to public and private class offerings in the UK and Ireland only. Please see table above, for specific public courses that are eligible for this discount and to enrol.
- Conferences, and self paced e-learning offerings are not eligible.
- Eligible public classes can be enrolled in from 1st September 2009. Classes must be attended by 31st December 2009.
- Eligible private onsite classes can be arranged and delivered between 1st September 2009 and 31st December 2009.
- All enrolments in IBM public classes are subject to availability. Course listings and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- When enrolling in classes under the terms of this promotion, you must reference promotion code ILOG1509 in order to be eligible to receive this discount offer.
- In the event that the eligible IBM public training class is cancelled by IBM during the promotional period, IBM will honour the promotion for the cancelled enrolments for a future eligible IBM public training class, as long as the future eligible class is completed no later than December 31, 2009.
- In the United Kingdom, you will be charged the full price of a public class if you do not cancel or reschedule your enrolment at least ten working days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class. A 25% administration fee will be charged within the ten working days of the scheduled start date. No charge is made for courses cancelled more than ten working days prior to the scheduled start date of your course. To cancel an enrolment, call 0845 758 1329. Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day.
- The value of this discount offer under the terms and conditions of this promotion cannot be provided to you in the form of a cash payment.
- Travel and living expenses incurred while attending an IBM public training class are the responsibility of the student.
- IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other IBM discounts on the eligible IBM public training classes or private onsite classes, or any other IBM education offerings, including the IBM Education Pack.
- This offer is not available to employees of IBM.
