Voraussetzungen
If you want to join the System Storage Portfolio TOP GUN Class a minimum experience of 6 Month in Storage Sales is required. For New Hires it's recommended to visit the "Storage Fundamental Class" first to get the basic knowledge and understand the terms of IBM Storage Solutions.
Furthermore the class is very SALES oriented so you should know and understand the value terms of "Total Cost of Ownership " (TCO) and "Return of Investment" (ROI). You have to install "TCOnow!" on your Thinkpad as we will use this tool during the class. It can be downloaded via W3 or IBM PartnerWorld.
