Prepaid account terms and conditions:

1. The IBM Education Pack – prepaid account may be referred to hereinafter individually as the (“Edpack”) or collectively as the (“Edpacks”). The Edpack can be redeemed for tuition towards applicable courses (“Course”).
2. The Edpack is valid for 12 months and extensions beyond this respective expiry date (“Expiry Date”) are prohibited.
3. The Edpack start date will be determined when the account is set up by IBM. A start date of up to 60 days from the date of the signed order form may be requested.
4. Use of the Edpack is contingent on its Expiry Date being on or before the start date of the Course.
5. The Edpacks are nonrefundable and have no cash surrender value.
6. No additional discounts, offers, coupons or programs can be combined for payment when using the Edpacks.
7. The Edpacks may be used by any individual in your company.
8. The Edpacks can only be used in Canada.
9. The Edpacks may be used for IBM publicly scheduled Course(s), private on-site training, and e-learning Courses offered in Canada by IBM Training.

11. All enrollments in Course(s) are subject to availability.
12. Certain IBM Training courses may be excluded from this program. To determine which courses are excluded, access our online catalog at http://www.ibm.com/ca/teach and view our public course abstracts or contact 1-800-IBM-TEACH (1-800-426-8322).
13. The purchase of the Edpack does not guarantee that a class will be held in a specific location.
14. When your IBM Education Pack - prepaid account is set up, you will be given a unique IBM customer number to use for enrolling on and ordering Courses. This customer number must be used, otherwise an invoice will be issued to cover the cost of the Course.
15. When using this Edpack customer number for courses, your Edpack account will be deducted for the tuition amount once the course has been taken or the e-learning course access instructions have been sent.
16. If the dollar amount of the Edpack account balance does not cover the tuition amount (before taxes), you will be billed the difference plus applicable taxes.
17. The Edpack funds cannot be used to pay for Courses that have already been billed or for previously taken Courses which occurred prior to the Edpack purchase.
18. Edpack funds cannot be used to purchase additional Edpacks.
19. Edpacks cannot be used to pay for Course materials.
