Self-Paced Virtual Classes and Web-Based Training Classes:
You may cancel, at no charge, a Self-Paced Virtual Class or a Web-based Training Class enrollment prior to logging into the course within 30 days of receipt of your order confirmation letter. Once you have logged into the course, you are responsible to pay the entire course price. To cancel an enrollment, please call 1-800-IBM-TEACH (1-800-426-8322).
As cancellations may vary by course, we recommend that you also review the course outline information
SkillSoft Courses:
SkillSoft courses are non-refundable. For any concerns with SkillSoft courses, please contact support@skillsoft.com.

General:
All software products come with a 30-day replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. IBM Canada Ltd. does not warrant or guarantee compatibility of its software with customer systems. After 30 days from date of purchase, software products may be replaced for a nominal fee.
Refunds require proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.
Refunds are not granted for partial returns. All merchandise received by the user must be returned complete, including all manuals, instructions and other items.
