This course is an IBM i administration class designed for a Windows administrator and can also be used by Linux and UNIX Professionals. The basic administration steps required to set up, maintain and back up an IBM i system are covered. Emphasis is on using the Web interface whenever possible with references to the associated commands.
Hands on labs for the various administration functions are included following each of the topics being covered. The student will get the opportunity to work with the interfaces for the IBM i.
