Cursusbeschrijving: IBM Systems Director 6.3 for Power Systems I:Installation and Systems Management

This course is intended to provide students with an introduction to managing Power Systems using the IBM Systems Director 6.3 product. Hands-on exercises will reinforce the lecture and give students experience installing and configuring the IBM Systems Director 6.3 management server on a Power System partition running AIX. In addition, the students will perform select management tasks on Power Systems managed endpoints in the lab environment.

Anyone responsible for implementing and managing a virtualized infrastructure on Power-based systems. The audience for this training includes AIX system administrators, systems operators, and system architects.
