Test 000-082: System x Sales Expert V4

The System x Sales Expert will have extensive experience with the System x product family, PureSystems, Storage and hands on experience with complex customer environments, buying behavior, and solutions.  A minimum of 18 months is recommended.  

This test replaces all previous versions of the System x Sales Expert which have been withdrawn or will be withdrawn shortly.  All serious candidates should prepare for test 082.

This certification requires two tests:

• 000-080 System x Sales V7 
• 000-082 Systems x Sales Expert V4
  
  It is recommended that no matter what the experience level, all candidates should assess their skills by reading carefully through the objectives of the test (see the "Objectives" Tab), assess any learning gaps, and use the training resources provided (See the Training Resources Tab) to appropriately prepare.

Test information:

• Number of questions: 56
• Time allowed in minutes: 75
• Required passing score: 69%
• Test languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese Brazilian, Russian, Spanish

Note: There are 56 scored items and 5 unscored items.

The number of questions will vary frequently.  

The required passing score will frequently vary based upon the number and difficulty of the questions presented.
