Test 000-M43: IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony Intermediate Technical Sales Mastery Test v1

The Sametime Unified Telephony (SUT) Technical Skills Roadmap has defined 3 levels of skills: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each skill level has its associated requirements and learning activities that include an Instructor led or self-study Technical Skills workshop.
This intermediate level technical sales mastery test is taken after the Intermediate Level workshop. Successful passing of this intermediate level technical sales mastery test is one of the requirements for acceptance into the Advanced Level Technical Skills workshop.
There are 3 Technical Skill levels and 4 Technical Sales Mastery tests for Sametime Unified Telephony. Three of the TSM tests are applied at the end of each workshop to validate the technical knowledge and SUT understanding of the participant for each of the 3 skill levels, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. The fourth TSM test is the Entry level test to validate the knowledge required before attending the Basic workshop.
