This new certification testing provides Business Partners a form of validation of their knowledge of Technical Support Service offerings and the courses can be taken thru PartnerWorld University.   PartnerWorld University offers a set of online courses that address all aspects of the TSS business - and covers all the modules that will be included in the certification testing. 

The test is Only applicable in the United States  (Do not register for the exam if you are located outside of the USA region.)
