IBM Certified Solution Designer - Rational System Architect: BPMN Emphasis

This certification targets intermediate level Enterprise Architects with specific expertise in Business Process Modeling.
This certification involves a stand-alone intermediate level test. It is intended for Systems- Engineers and intermediate to Advanced System Architect users with a specific emphasis on Business Process Modeling Notation.
This intermediate-level development professional can map and model the high-level architecture of a Business's Enterprise. The user can use System Architect to create business process and business process hierarchy diagrams consisting of business process modeling notation (BPMN) symbols and objects. The user can decompose a process into a child diagram that depicts the parent process as a set of granular child processes.
The user can perform basic utility functions on encyclopedias such as backup, restore, rename and SQL queries using System Architect Encyclopedia Manager. The user can assign and manage user rights to individual Encyclopedias and diagrams.
To attain the IBM Certified Solution Designer - Rational System Architect: BPMN Emphasis certification, candidates must pass 1 test.

Recommended Prerequisite Skills
- Approximately 6 months to 2 years of experience with System Architect
- Ability to create and populate basic Business Process diagrams without assistance.
- Experience and knowledge in the enterprise architecture discipline. Understand enterprise architecture concepts and how they are applied to real-world projects with System Architect
