The Software Access Catalog provides a wide variety of selected IBM software products for demonstration, evaluation, development, testing, education, and internal use. This online catalog allows members of PartnerWorld to obtain the latest level of IBM software products by download at no additional charge, or purchase discounted CD media versions.
- Software products are available in multiple languages from Information Management, Lotus, Rational, Tivoli, and WebSphere.
- Products acquired through the Software Access Catalog may be used for demonstration, evaluation, commercial application development, testing, and education purposes as specified in the PartnerWorld Software Usage Attachment (sign in required).
- Selected software may also be used to Run Your Business (sign in required) in your day-to-day Business Partner operations as specified in the PartnerWorld Software Usage Attachment.
- Cognos, InfoSphere, and Optim products are available to IBM Business Partners who are authorized for Software ValueNet. These products are ONLY available via download.

For software products closely associated with a specific hardware platform, such as IBM Power Systems, System z, or Retail Store Solutions (Point of Sale), use the Hardware Mall.
Eligibility
All PartnerWorld participants who purchase the IBM Value Package or the IBM Software Access Option are eligible for this benefit. To activate your access to the IBM Software Access Catalog, you must sign the PartnerWorld Software Usage Attachment or PartnerWorld Value Package Usage Attachment. Access is purchased on a by-country basis and usage compliance is enforced by country.
