Dynamic Infrastructure specialty

Let the Dynamic Infrastructure specialty help you maximize your ability to capture the growth of the IT transformation market. These steps must be completed to achieve Specialty or Specialty Elite.

1. Join the Dynamic Infrastructure community.
   The community is designed to support collaboration among Business Partners and IBM around Dynamic Infrastructure solutions.
   
   
2. Review the criteria for Specialty and Specialty Elite.
   To qualify for either Specialty or Specialty Elite in any solution area, your company must meet the business requirements outlined in the criteria and complete a base set of Dynamic Infrastructure sales and technical certifications.
   
   
3. Choose a solution area to complete IBM sales and technical certifications.
   In addition to the base set of skills certifications, each Dynamic Infrastructure solution area specifies an additional set of IBM brand sales and technical certifications and criteria that must be completed to qualify for Specialty or Specialty Elite. Select solution areas relevant to a specific solution your company either developed or sells.
   • Business resiliency
   • Energy efficiency
   • Information infrastructure
   • Virtualization and consolidation
   
   
4. Create a Global Solutions Directory listing.
   Sign in to the Global Solutions Directory using your IBM ID, select Manage solutions, and create a listing for each solution you wish to use as a basis for qualifying for the specialty. If your solution is already listed in the Global Solutions Directory, you're ready to proceed.
   
   
5. Apply for Specialty or Specialty Elite.
   After your company has met the business criteria and completed all certification requirements, sign in again to the Global Solutions Directory and select Manage solutions. Go to Nominate your solution for an IBM technical validation or specialty and complete the application form. Your qualifications will be reviewed by IBM and upon approval you will receive an e-mail instructing you how to proceed.
   
   
6. Publish client references in the IBM Business Partner Client Reference database. (Sign-in required)
   A minimum of two references, of which one must be published, is required to maintain Specialty qualification, and four references, of which two must be published, are required to maintain Specialty Elite qualification. Post your references within six months of qualifying and select Dynamic Infrastructure when asked in which area your submission is focused. References must also be renewed annually.
   
   
7. Sign the required trademark license supplement. (Sign-in required)
   The IBM PartnerWorld Agreement International Supplement for the Use of IBM Trademarks Accredited for Dynamic Infrastructure outlines the legal terms and conditions for use of the Dynamic Infrastructure Specialty and Specialty Elite marks in your marketing materials. The supplement is accessible only by the Authorized Profile Administrator (APA) of your company after you have successfully met all qualification criteria. 8. Download your licensed mark. (Sign-in required)
   After you have successfully met all qualification criteria and signed the required trademark license supplement, you may download the Accredited for Dynamic Infrastructure Specialty or Specialty Elite mark that you can use in the packaging and marketing materials of your qualified offerings.
