Dynamic Infrastructure is part of the strategic IBM smarter planet initiatives for addressing a broad range of client needs. It is designed to create an infrastructure that can help drive down costs, improve service, and manage risk in today's dynamic business climate. The new Dynamic Infrastructure specialty is intended to help you align more closely with IBM and deliver solutions that support a broader range of customer needs.
Because the Dynamic Infrastructure specialty has a richer set of benefits, you will want to move quickly to qualify for this new specialty. If you have qualified for the business continuity specialty, you already have a head start in qualifying for the business resiliency path under this new specialty. Most companies should be able to qualify within two or three months after additional education.
To aid in this transition, IBM will not renew or qualify any additional Business Partners for the business continuity specialty after 28 April 2009. Business Partners who have already qualified for the business continuity specialty will be entitled to the benefits of that specialty until 31 December 2009.
Get ready to deliver a more dynamic infrastructure for your customers, more profits for your company, and a smarter planet for us all.
