  Guest passes can be purchased on-site at the main registration desk.

• Important Information
  • All rates above are in European Euros and are subject to 20% VAT
  • If your company is not required to pay VAT, please provide a formal proof of exemption; please note this will then be referred to our VAT official
  • Hotel accommodation and flights are NOT included in the Conference fee
  • Please note the Conference cancellation policy:
    • Until 16 April 2010:
      • Full Refund
      • Subject to a €100 processing fee plus 20% VAT
    • After 16 April 2010: No Refund
    • All cancellations must be received in writing to the IBM IOD EMEA Registration Team
  • Please note that substitutions must be made in writing to the IBM IOD EMEA Registration Team, with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute.
  • Hotel cancellations after 16 April 2010 will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy and you may be liable for the full cost of your stay. This also applies to “no shows”. To cancel, provide your registration confirmation number and reason for cancelling in an e-mail to: iodemea@eventreg.com
  • Please note that 30 April 2010 is the final date for receiving payment for all those paying by invoice.
