The IBM Learner Portal is a ready-to-use, shared, and fully managed platform for the delivery and management of blended learning. It is already online, and its interface is already available in over 18 languages. The IBM Learner Portal also serves as a pilot and permanent hosting site for implementations of the IBM Management Development Services. Select offerings from IBM - such as the IBM Management Development Services - as well as from some of IBM's learning partners - such as Thomson/NETg, ElementK, Mentorware, and CGS - are available for delivery via the IBM Learner Portal.
