- Supports Lotus Notes mobile users, both through on-premises IBM Lotus Domino® or Lotus Domino Express deployments, and in the IBM cloud with IBM SmartCloud Notes.

Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2.1 and above supports Android 2.x devices. Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2.2 and above also supports Android 3.x devices.

Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2 and above supports Apple iPhone 4. IBM Lotus Notes Traveler Companion, available from the iPhone App Store, lets you view and compose encrypted mail on your iPhone or iPad.

Millions of Nokia users can connect to their corporate email accounts through Lotus Notes Traveler software. Supported on Nokia Symbian devices, Lotus Notes Traveler software is also preloaded on Nokia E72 and subsequent S60 (Symbian) devices.

Lotus Notes Traveler software also supports devices running the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.x operating system.
Lotus Notes Traveler software is included in the IBM Lotus Domino Messaging Client Access License and IBM Lotus Domino Enterprise Client Access License.
Lotus Domino Messaging Express and Lotus Domino Collaboration Express customers are also eligible to obtain Lotus Notes Traveler software. LotusLive Notes users can also use Lotus Notes Traveler.
Eligible customers can download Lotus Notes Traveler from the Passport Advantage and PartnerWorld sites, respectively, and are entitled to support under the corresponding terms and conditions.
Clients deploying Lotus Notes Traveler software in a Lotus Domino on-premises environment need to make sure it meets the following software requirements:
- Lotus Notes Traveler software requires the deployment of at least one Lotus Domino 8.5.x server or later.
- Nokia Symbian devices require Lotus Domino 8.5 software or later.
- Apple iPhone and iPad devices require Lotus Domino 8.5.1 software or later.
- Android 2.x devices require Lotus Domino 8.5.2.1 software or later.
IBM recommends all customers download the most current release of Lotus Notes Traveler software to take advantage of the latest features.
- Log into IBM Passport Advantage Online.
- Search by "Product Description" and enter "Traveler."
- Download the appropriate version of Lotus Notes Traveler software, corresponding to the version of Lotus Domino you have installed.
