Keeping an eye on the prize.

IBM applauds the Government's aspirations for citizen-centred services as set out in the comprehensive spending review announced at the pre budget report 2007 (CSR07). But we believe more could be delivered in the next ten years if a practical, pragmatic approach is adopted that focuses on:
- Keeping sight of the citizen
- Keeping sight of the prize
- Keeping sight of what is already possible
In this paper IBM sets out the case for change, our learning from organisations around the world who are putting the citizen at the heart of service delivery and our recommendations for delivering real and lasting change here in Britain.
