2. Network diagnostic assessment is designed to help you with problem determination, problem source identification, and root cause analysis of your network performance problems.
3. Network performance analysis and capacity planning is designed to help you understand how the performance of your network is being impacted by business applications and background traffic to determine and/or predict the network sizing requirements required to optimise usage by applications.

• Application performance assessment focuses on locating the root causes of application performance issues and provides actionable recommendations to improve that performance. In addition to the assessment of existing applications, the application performance assessment can act as an alternative to what might otherwise be costly trial and error, as it can be a predictor of application performance before new applications or major upgrades move into production. It can also be used to identify application characteristics required to support:
