Need your access level changed?

There are 4 levels of access to your IBM shop

General User:
Can only browse portal.
Cannot see "How to buy" link or "Shop" icon.

Browser:
Can access site yet unable to place any orders.

Builders:
Can access the "Shop" section and create an order.
Cannot submit an order to IBM - can only submit for approval (The order will be placed in the 'Action required' section until a user with approver access checks and submits the order. Using the "Format to Print" and the "Email" icons in the checkout the user can inform their approver that there is an order for them to submit).

Approvers:
Can build / submit their own orders.
Can approve / reject builder's orders (cannot modify the order details).
