The United States healthcare system is on the verge of potential, dynamic change with the recent election of Barack Obama. The current financial crisis and the topic of healthcare reform will be high on Mr. Obama's agenda and will impact every citizen, government organization, and business in the U.S. and beyond. President-elect Barack Obama has called for affordable, accessible healthcare; preventative care and wellness; and, new investments in health IT.
