Each IBM System x 3650 platform becomes a storage node within a clustered pool of virtualized iSCSI storage, providing a high-availability Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) network across the cluster and other advanced features, such as synchronous replication, thin provisioning and snapshot technologies.

DeltaValve has centralized its storage to be easily managed. The company can provision additional storage on the fly. DeltaValve added affordable disaster recovery to its IT environment on industry-standard System x platforms for the company’s iSCSI SANs.
