The CAS Severn SmoothStart provided the customer with the infrastructure needed to convert documents into digital format and organize them according to pertinent business information. The system allowed users at remote locations to search for and pull up digital copies of the documents they needed. The system allowed the customer to more-efficiently access its business assets and streamline several business processes that involved access to paper documents and records.
