Pragmatix Gold™ — an IBM Built on Express Advantage Offering — was created to help small to mid-sized businesses improve operational efficiencies, minimize IT risks and meet compliance, security and business continuity needs. Designed for up to 75 users, it provides a flexible, modular service that can be customized for your current and future requirements.
Pragmatix Gold includes a dedicated IBM System x platform running Microsoft Small Business Server. The solution provides secure virtual private network (VPN) access, MS Exchange, centralized storage for documents and files, MS SharePoint, MS SQL, mobile messaging, anti-virus, anti-spam services, server backup, and 24x7 server monitoring and management. Other valuable services include: e-mail archiving, seven-year data-backup retention, Web security, desktop-management services, and firewall and VPN-managed services.
