Proven client success
As a result of integrating IBM Express middleware technologies, Transport Hervé Lemieux Inc. has web-enabled its ERP application and now provides customers with self-service Web access to create new orders, review the status of their account and consult proof-of-delivery documents.
Transport Hervé Lemieux is also able to print, fax, e-mail and archive customer and supplier external documents such as reservation confirmations, purchase orders, invoices and customer statements.
In less than eight weeks, SIA was able to implement most of the systems modules and train Transport Hervé Lemieux's personnel. The positive effects are already visible. Thanks to Common Sense, SIA and IBM, all the pieces fit together: efficient marketing, a level of customer service that reflects the long tradition of the company and a system ready to evolve to support Transport Hervé Lemieux's continued growth.
