Solution overview
DPS Flash™ merges business processes and data with Web technology to provide on-line catalogs, order entry, tracking and delivery status, online customer support, product search and more. External customers are able to place and check orders online and view their outstanding invoices. Internal personnel can utilize DPS Flash in the same manner to support assigned accounts, while internal management can gather sales and financial information for all accounts.
Written in Java™, DPS Flash pulls data real-time from backend ERP or business management systems. Web server HTML allows for personalization and customization. DPS will custom-fit our solution to your requirements.

CourterCo-Savannah needed to provide after-hours access to product availability, order placement and order status inquiry in order to increase customer service levels while increasing productivity. An additional goal was to expand the customer base by reaching potential customers not serviced by sales reps.
DPS Flash provides CourterCo-Savannah’s customers the ability to place orders via the web immediately 24x7. The average customer order received via the Web is larger than the average order received via phone, fax or email.
Additionally, DPSFlash fields a percentage of customer calls pertaining to orders, providing customer information immediately and at their convenience. Since customers are placing their own orders online, order entry and shipping errors decrease.
