Proven client success

The City of Pekin, Illinois, needed to allow data to be entered in the specific department where work was performed while still allowing control and review by the Finance Group. One-time entry of data with all systems interfacing was desired so that all applications could make entries into the financial, inventory, accounts payable, fixed asset and accounts receivable systems.

All of ARX Technologies’ applications are interfaced, allowing one entry in the originating department to make entries in all other applications. This allows the users to take time and review the entry, knowing it will only have to be entered once before duplicating to all applications.

The City of Pekin now has one source of data working with all departments providing a superior level of customer service.
