ReplixFax for Domino®, selected by IBM as their internal e-mail/fax solution, is being deployed within IBM globally. It is tightly integrated with the Domino directory and certified as an IBM Server Proven product. The ReplixFax Server, DocuRouter intelligent document delivery platform, Document Connector products and Oracle ECM consulting services from Softlinx are central components of Softlinx' document delivery solutions. These components enable electronic document delivery of Fax, E-mail and Paper Documents for users and between networked applications.

The ReplixFax for Domino solution is tightly integrated with Notes® e-mail and Domino directory. This extends Domino messaging capabilities to provide an easy-to-use desktop faxing as well as application facing from within Lotus Domino and other business applications. Using comprehensive ReplixFax application faxing integration toolkits, sending and receiving a fax is very similar to sending and receiving an e-mail from the Notes desktop.

Fax addressing is fully integrated with the Domino directory or the local personal address book. ReplixFax for Domino includes delivery options such as delayed sending, priority, variable retry attempts, fax page orientation selection, multiple customizable cover pages and billing codes. Another feature is the ability to group multiple faxes to the same fax number.

Trumbull Corp. offers general contracting and construction management services with project sites scattered around Pennsylvania. Many sites have only telephone lines with no IT infrastructure, but need real-time information, diagrams and project information sent via fax to the construction site. Trumbull Corp. used Domino as their e-mail and collaboration tool alongside custom vertical applications. ReplixFax for Domino from Softlinx fax-enabled these applications.

Incoming faxes arrive in the employees' in-box and can be replicated locally to take to construction sites. In addition, faxes can be sent directly from Notes clients to any fax machine.

The improvements in communication between headquarters, clients and field personnel helped Trumbull Corp. complete some of the most challenging projects in the region, on time.
