Solution overview

With the DFC customer appreciation/satisfaction tracking solution, users (i.e., DFC clients) enter their customers’ information into an online form in a private, password-protected area.

Then they provide DFC with the customer appreciation and promotional discount information that they would like to offer those customers. DFC ensures that everything is properly configured and issues a password so that users can securely access their customer appreciation application.

These e-mail notifications are also easy to configure with user-friendly software that allows DFC clients to adjust details, such as follow-up intervals, as needed.
