IBM offers - absolutely free of charge - a set of online administrative services to help customers meet their administration needs. In particular, we would like to tell you about Administrative Support Online. This gives you full and rapid information on contracts, invoices and payments - and much, much more.

Various Internet sites are constantly updated to give you up to date information. For example:

Customer Support online
This site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows you to request administrative information with the added opportunity of asking for direct - and personal - support via predefined web e-forms.

Invoices Online (link resides outside of ibm.com)
Also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it allows you to view - online - your invoices and/or credit notes in a quick and secure way. You can access invoices online via a personal userid and password. In addition, you will be constantly informed via e-mail every time a new invoice and/or credit note is issued and ready to be viewed online.

Statements Online (US)
Statements Online allows you to view - online - your statements of account with invoices, credit notes, and details of payments either made or pending. You can access the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using a personal userid and password. It allows you to create a report for a particular kind of invoice eg. Maintenance, Education etc., and for a certain period of time.
