Terms and Conditions
- This offer is strictly limited and subject to availability via an IBM reseller between 1st January 2008 and 30th December 2009.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other applicable IBM discounts on the eligible products.
- There is no theoretical limit on the number of chassis’ included in this promotion for any one customer. This does however remain at the discretion of IBM.
- If multiple chassis are ordered, each will be subject to the guidelines above. So, for example, if Chassis 1 contains 14 blades, it will be eligible Level 2 discounts. If chassis 2 contains 6 blades, it will be eligible for Level 1 discounts. Each chassis will need to comply with the guidelines in its own right to attract the relevant offers. As each part code can only have 1 price on the special bid, in this instance IBM would calculate the correct discounts to each chassis config, total everything up and release the parts prices so the solution total was in line with the promotion.
- This offer is only available for customers that have not purchased IBM blade before – it is not to be used to replace existing blade pricing agreements for existing customers.
