Our Concierge serves customers in the United States and Canada, and specializes in the needs of small and medium-sized companies, offering proven, flexible technology solutions, simplified access to local experts and financing options.

Contact the Concierge at 1-877-IBM-ACCESS (1-877-426-2223) or for the Concierge number in your country, use the option at the far upper right of any ibm.com Web page to change the country to the location of your business and follow the links to the medium business Web site.


Technical support

Q: Where can I get quick access to IBM technical support?

Visit our Support and downloads page. There you'll find the most up-to-date technical support information, downloads and other resources.

ThinkPad notebooks, ThinkCentre desktops and other PC products are now products of Lenovo. Go to Lenovo Support & downloads. Printing systems are now products of InfoPrint Solutions Company (link resides outside of ibm.com).

Q: Where can I get information my order, my payments, my maintenance contract?

IBM Business Partners

Q: How can my company become an IBM Business Partner?

Q: Can my solution for midmarket customers be promoted on the IBM site?

Yes! In fact, Business Partners are IBM's primary route to market for small-and-medium-sized businesses, so it's critical that we help our partners merchandise their solutions to potential clients. Additionally, IBM is keen to recognize and support partners who commit to our technology, and help them go to market.

Solutions that are listed on the Express Advantage site carry the Built on IBM Express Advantage Offerings emblem, meaning they have been proven to be successfully installed for a small-or-mid-sized client and feature one or more Express Advantage products/services.

Q: Where can I find out about IBM Certified Used Equipment™?
A:
Visit the IBM Certified Used Equipment™ site. Much of our equipment is sourced from excess IBM inventory, as well as lease returns from IBM Global Financing customers. Every unit is factory refurbished and tested to IBM specifications, providing optimum performance and maximum reliability.

Because IBM Certified Used Equipment can cost significantly less than new equipment, it can be the perfect solution for special projects, temporary capacity, unexpected changes in a division, location moves or any time you want IBM quality at a lower cost.
